They call me the SUPER BIG GUY.... I am currently a CTDB consultant and Part Time System Engineer. The CTDB is the group of files used by the ground system to send commands to the spacecraft and process information (telemetry) sent to us from the spacecraft.
I was an engineering major at the University of Maryland. I became interested in space projects after a guest lecturer in one of my classes showed us a presentation about the history of space flight and the predictions for the future. I completed my undergraduate degree, while working as a Kelly Temp. While working as a paper shuffler and doing TCF, I went back to school for a Master's Degree in Engineering/Space Systems to enable me to further my career.
The best thing about my job is that I get to feel far far superior then my co-workers and I called them STUPID HEADS.
The thing that I like least about the job is paperwork/meetings.
These are the day to day activities that need to get done by a part time
CTDB consultant/intern System Engineer. The best thing about my job is that I can work out
during lunch, pick on my buddy Ed (He is not real...) and then come back to my desk and eat lunch..
About myself:
I am 33 years old and always angry. I lift weights and bike regularly.
I still play soccer in a men's over 40 league (I've played since
I was 5 and I had one fight during a game) and love to watch/play soccer
anytime. I used to like to play softball, until I crashed into the outfield
fence. I also have a part time job as a Zamboni driver (a Zamboni
is the machine that clears the ice in between periods at hockey games).
